Returns + Refunds
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of the dispatch date at email@example.com.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty).
As we are a small business you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If returning please make sure you obtain proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages, otherwise a refund for your product will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
