Our policy lasts 14 days from the dispatch date. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within these 14 days of the dispatch date at firstname.lastname@example.org. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email email@example.com to process your refund along with your order number.
Once your return is authorised, we must receive your return within 4 days for your return to be eligible. All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange (unless faulty).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping (UK and International)
As we are a small business you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item.
